What we process

AisleReply processes wedding inquiries on behalf of the venue that received them: the couple’s name, requested date, guest count, and message, plus the venue’s packages, capacity, FAQs, and booked dates. Inquiries are processed for that venue only.

Never resold, never purchased

Inquiry data is never resold or shared with other venues or marketers. Nurture messages go only to people who inquired with the venue first; AisleReply never uses purchased lists. Every nurture message carries an opt-out, honoured instantly — the engine stops the schedule in the same message flow.

Retention and deletion

On cancellation, a venue’s data is deleted within 30 days on request, with a completion record. Weekly SLA logs are retained as the record behind the service guarantee for the period they cover.
